Diane Bauer, LCSW
Diane Bauer, LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), was born and raised in Homestead, PA. She earned both her Bachelor’s and Master's Degrees in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh, earning highest honors and graduating Magna Cum Laude. For the past 16 years, Diane has worked in several areas of mental health with children, families, and adults. Since her start in mental health with adults with drug and alcohol issues, Diane has worked in group homes, independent living agencies, and a community mental health center as a therapist. Over the years she has developed influential relationships and honed her therapeutic skills with children, families, and couples. Diane has facilitated extensive groups with children and teenagers, as well as groups within the LGBT community.
Diane specializes in working with those suffering from anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, trauma and mood disorders. She also has a strong background in working with children and parents of children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD).
