Elizabeth Hammond
LCSW
I was born and raised in Boiling Springs, PA. I earned her Bachelor’s degree from Susquehanna University and her Master’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh for social work.
Before joining Diane Bauer, LCSW, LLC, I worked at Turtle Creek Valley MHMR, providing therapy within the acute partial program. I also have experience working as an emotional support therapist for children ages 3-8, where I specialized in developing behavioral plans and emotional regulation strategies.
My clinical focus includes mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety, with a particular interest in personality disorders. In my work with children, I am especially drawn to addressing behavioral issues related to trauma or adjustment difficulties. I have found success with clients of all ages by using a client-centered, collaborative approach that fosters a supportive therapeutic environment.
