Elizabeth Hammond

LCSW

Elizabeth Hammond, LCSW, was born and raised in Boiling Springs, PA. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Susquehanna University and her Master’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh for social work.

Prior to starting at Diane Bauer, LCSW, LLC, she worked at Turtle Creek Valley MHMR serving the acute partial program as a therapist. Elizabeth also previously worked as an emotional support for children ages 3-8, where she mainly created behavioral plans and emotional regulation activities.

Elizabeth focuses within the realm of mood disorders (depression, bipolar, anxiety) and has a special interest in personality disorders as well. When it comes to working with children, she finds an interest in behavioral issues stemming from trauma or adjustment concerns. She has seen success with many clients of all ages by using a client-centered approach which creates a collaborative environment.
